Annual Coastal Cleanup Day

Join Save Our Shores for California's biggest volunteer effort, Coastal Cleanup Day 2012. SOS site captains will host cleanup sites at dozens of beaches, rivers, creeks, lakes, and sloughs in Santa Cruz and Monterey Counties. See full event information, site lists, and online pre-registration at saveourshores.org/acc. If you are interested in being a site captain, would like to bring a large group, or have other questions, please email cleanup@saveourshores.org.
Central Texas Motorsports Swap Meet
Date: 2/18/12
The innagural Central Texas Motorsports Swap Meet will take place Saturday, 18 Feb 12 8am-8pm at the Killeen Special Events Center in Killeen, TX. Setup will be Friday, 17 Feb 5pm-10pm and before the event on the 18th. We will post the sign-up forms and the layout at http://www.motorsportsswap.com. There will be 12x30 spaces for $45 and 10x20 spaces for $35 if reserved before Feb 10th. After Feb 10, space rental will increase by $5.00. A table and two chairs will be available for an additional $5. Entry for the public will be $1.00. We have aboout 125 spaces available. Our focus will be on motorsports (dirt, drag, mud, and motorcycle) will other vendors available on a space available basis. Beer and food will be available for purchase. Credit cards will be accepted.
