Carbon Trading is an important and controversial issue that has taken a seat on the back burner for some time now. In the process of carbon trading, companies are given carbon credit by the government and they can either use that credit toward their own carbon emissions, or they can sell it off to other companies who pollute above and beyond their credit limit.
