Reverb Bringing Green Music to Clear Blue Sea

John Platt, December 16, 2010

Reverb, the eco-friendly music non-profit, is taking its message to the high seas with this February's Ships & Dips 4 cruise. The six-day ocean voyage will be hosted by Barenaked Ladies and feature concerts by Guster and a bevy of other green music groups.

The cruise leaves from Miami and runs February 6 to 11, 2011. Tickets are available for $799 and up.

Through the whole cruise, Reverb will be on hand with its usual eco-action booths. Take enough actions and they'll enter you to win extra prizes.

You can either book a ticket on the Ships & Dips cruise or enter for chances to win tickets by donating to the cruise's carbon offset program. A $20 donation comes with one raffle ticket, a tote bag, and other goodies. A $100 donation comes with five raffle tickets and a pair of recycled flip-flops.

For more information, visit the Ships & Dips website.
