Pollution taps into data from the EPA and other sources to tell you how clean or nasty your home town is, or let you know the pollution status of any city you're about to visit. The app not only lists details about each polluting source, it also tells you the consequences of each pollutant.

The app covers all major cities in America, as well as Europe. It works on iPhones as well as the iPod Touch.

As if all of that wasn't good enough, the Pollution app updates its air-quality information in real time, so you know what conditions are like now, as opposed to six months ago.
